Born and raised in Mexico City, Zarbeat (aka Raul Rodriguez) joins the Siteholder UnCut family as a local Chicago transplant.
Agua De Coco proceeds steadily out of the gate with a pulsating, almost hypnotic groove that won’t stop, even if you ask it nicely. It’s goal is to work on you with its Chinese water torture-like mantra… BOOM BOOM BOOM.
My First Site offers a glimps of hope that you’ll get out of this bass-laden torture chamber. Creative synths and a bouncy gait tease you false promises of presidental pardons and the promise land. We all know you’re not getting out…ever.
Winter Coco decends on you like hoarfrost – silky smooth and deceptively deadly. The last track on this EP will no doubt steal your last breath. Smooth, rolling and funky as a mofo. You can kiss your chances of ever getting parole – its game over and Zarbeat wins!

Zarbeats best release to date imo. The tempo is right, stripped down and well done.
Awesome release as aways! Keep up the good work with the Aztec Gods taking over your mind!
Winter Coco – Reminds me of 10am. TTOOMMMAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Winter coco is my favorite track, love the rhythm and the deep base lines. Can’t wait to hear it in Minneapolis.
Winter Coco is a big winner here, strong and driving with subtle leads placed caringly throughout… loving the strong sound!
rauls best release to date… at first site my favorite track on here
Winter Coco sounds like Jabberjaw (Matthew Dear)
Nice
